[365] 15:42curiosity.

[366] 15:44It's the most powerful thing you own.

[367] 15:47Imagination is a force

[368] 15:50that can actually manifest a reality.

[369] 15:54And the respect of your team

[370] 15:58is more important than all the

[371] 16:00laurels in the world.

[372] 16:03I have young filmmakers

[373] 16:05come up to me and say, "Give me some advice for doing this."

[374] 16:09And I say, "Don't put limitations on yourself.

[375] 16:13Other people will do that for you -- don't do it to yourself,

[376] 16:15don't bet against yourself,

[377] 16:17and take risks."

[378] 16:19NASA has this phrase that they like:

[379] 16:22"Failure is not an option."

[380] 16:24But failure has to be an option

[381] 16:27in art and in exploration, because it's a leap of faith.

[382] 16:30And no important endeavor

[383] 16:32that required innovation

[384] 16:34was done without risk.

[385] 16:36You have to be willing to take those risks.

[386] 16:39So, that's the thought I would leave you with,
