[2] 00:03your day and your week to get more done coming up
[3] 00:10if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail Benjamin Franklin some mayor
[4] 00:15key way back in the day and absolutely true because you know what
[5] 00:19planning is going to make you so much more productive and successful
[6] 00:23and for video influencers there's so much to do videos to make branding to
[7] 00:26do photos to take deals to set up all in the mix and a lot of times juggling
[8] 00:30a lot of other things and so effective planning is essential for success
[9] 00:35in fact I love this quote from Bryan Tracey and it says this every
[10] 00:40minute you spend in planning save 10 minutes in execution this gives you
[11] 00:44a 1000 percent return on energy and so you can be confident that time
[12] 00:49spend planning is time well spend and so every day I like to plan out a few things
[13] 00:55I like to plan out the projects that I'm working on the tasks that I need to accomplish
[14] 00:59I like to plan out people and specifically who do I need to reach out to and who
[15] 01:05am I waiting on hearing from do I need to ping them again ?
[16] 01:09and then I like to plan out my priorities and what are the things
[17] 01:12that absolutely must get done today and in fact I actually use
[18] 01:16a resource call the one page productivity planner is by Brendon Burchard
[19] 01:21I'll link that up totally free in the description below I print that out
[20] 01:24every day and it helps me stay organize and get a lot more done
[21] 01:28my tip is for you not to over plan what I mean by that is prioritize what's
[22] 01:33most important and pick those things to get done that day
[23] 01:36what I do is I have a weekly planner that has everything I need to do
[24] 01:40but every single day I put my MUST DOs on a small little note card
[25] 01:45and I get those things done first I think a problem people have
[26] 01:48is they overwhelm themselves with this huge long list and end up not doing
[27] 01:52anything so if you prioritize the things that are most important
[28] 01:55and reduce it to like three or four things you are most likely to get those things
