[225] 10:02have something on in that language in the background.

[226] 10:05I know I'm saying it as if it's revolutionary

[227] 10:08but really, don't forget to do it.

[228] 10:10I know you can waste so much time

[229] 10:13and miss out on so much learning.

[265] 11:46"God, I've just been speaking in Spanish the whole time."

[266] 11:51And it's because I do it so often it becomes automatic.

[267] 11:55Then, the little tweaks

[268] 11:58and the little kind of self help part

[269] 12:01that you're doing at the end

[270] 12:02which is searching definitions for words,

[271] 12:06working on the grammar that you've identified

[272] 12:08that you're lacking in

[273] 12:09or attempting to expand your vocabulary,

[274] 12:11that should be short and it should be daily.
